Gable Fire Apparatus Bay with Six Overhead Doors

Spanning just over 12,000 sf, the Tridell Fire Station and Community Center is designed using a combination of single slope and gable framing systems. A 3,762 sf office building, a 3,243 sf multi-purpose building, and a 5,216 sf shop equipped with bays for fire apparatus and equipment are featured throughout. Two full-width mezzanines with no interior support columns are included in the office and community building, creating open space for individual offices and community gathering space.

The exterior features Reverse R-Panels in Charcoal, accented with brick for durability and aesthetic appeal and a Standing Seam 360 roof in Dark Bronze. Red primed structural columns add bold contrast throughout.
